Established in April of 2004 Bryon Hendricks Construction Services, Inc. provides services to the commercial and industrial construction industry as a specialized contractor.  Based in Grimes, Iowa we have completed many successful projects throughout the Mid-West.

Our services include below grade waterproofing such as Hot Applied, Cold Fluid Applied, Sheet Membranes, and Bentonite Systems.  We provide sealant/caulking services for masonry, concrete, glazing, firestopping, and general sealants.  Full masonry restoration and renovation such as tuckpointing, soda blasting, coatings removal, restoration cleaning, and sealers.  Concrete restoration such as parking structures, precast structures, and floor repair.
