BHCSI – Training and continued education is very important to Bryon Hendricks Construction Services, Inc. and Performance Concrete Polishing, Inc.

All employee’s are required to attend a minimum of 30 hours per year. On top of this, safety training such as OSHA 10 hour, Fall Safety, Tool Box Talks, and various equipment safety hours are required.

We are striving to be the best equipped and have the highest trained professionals in our industry.
